In October, Lacemakers of Puget Sound held a Lace Day and 40th anniversary celebration. We welcomed some of our early members, heard the story of our guild, and listened to memories shared by some of our long-time members. We also showcased today’s LPS with the first display of our Doves of Peace project, the creative entries in our “Tut, Tut, Ra, Ra” trading card challenge, and demonstrations and displays of a variety of lace techniques from some of our members.
